But the 64 million dollar question is – does this choice resonate? Is it a struggle or effortless? Am I making all the effort or am I expecting others to do it for me? Whatever you want to ask, make time to ask yourself first. This is a significant year within which many outmoded habits, patterns and beliefs will fall by the way side. If you want a summary of mental health and harmony in 2025, think less and live more. From February onwards there will be an outbreak of spontaneity! Just like an overstretched elastic band, you’ll feel yourself either propelled forward into greater expansion or dropped into the here and now to appreciate where you are. A 360degree view of what is really mentally and emotionally nourishing is a great place to start. Living in a Plutonian climate can bring sudden lightning bolts of realisation and downpours of emotional cleansing. The trick is, not to let your emotional needs get ignored in favour of what you think you should be doing. The fires of emotional liberation will burn bright with Neptune moving into Aries in March, so let your individual flare light up your life while keeping your unique work-life balance.
